• Jab the head with a sewing needle only enter about and 1/8 of an inch repeat as if a sewing machine till he begs you to stop, then just keep going
  
• Needles are a GREAT way to torture the head of his cock if you don't have medical needles, you can use safety pins (just boil them first and use plenty of alcohol and should be fine).
