The Zen of Submission

I came across this along time ago and I am unable to credit the person who created it.  My apologies, and thank you to the writer.  Its an interesting read...and task.

***

Quiet reflection on who and what you are and who and what you desire can bring peace, arousal, and hopefully a better understanding of what you want from BDSM.

Items Required – Collar or ribbon Any phallic object (a real sex toy or some other phallic object) 2 clothespins or nipple clamps Ruler Candle and matches (test the candle wax first on the back of your hand prior to beginning) Small blanket or towel Kitchen Timer.

Task – At the same time every day for 5 days you will perform this ritual. You can do this in the morning, afternoon or evening it is up to you but make time for it in your busy day, make it a priority. It should also be a time when you have peace and quiet. If you need to get up early please do so.

Each day’s session will be the same but you will vary your submissive activity during each session. You will begin in a dimly lit and quiet room, you will strip naked and put your small blanket on the floor (fold it so that it is just big enough to sit on). You will sit or kneel on the blanket in a way that is comfortable for you. Set your timer for 15 minutes and perform the following –

Day 1 – Slowly and with contemplation you will raise you collar/ribbon to your mouth and kiss it. A collar is a symbol of control and your submission. Contemplate that while buckling/tying your collar around your throat. Once your collar is on you will sit straight and proud and with your hands fingers interlaced behind your neck so that you are touching your collar.

Day 2 – Slowly and with contemplation you will raise your phallic symbol to your mouth and kiss it. This symbolic cock is a sign of control you give to a Master or Mistress. It is the losing of yourself completely to their sexual and emotional control if only for brief moments that you offer your submission. Contemplate that while slipping the phallic object into your mouth and holding it there. You will sit straight and proud and with your fingers wrapped around your own cock or slipped between your pussy lips aware of the sexuality you offer.

Day 3 – Slowly and with contemplation you will raise your clothespins or clamps to your mouth and kiss them. These are symbols that your body is not always your own while participating in this scene. It is the offering up of your body that you offer up your submission. Contemplate that while placing one on each nipple. You will sit straight and proud and with your hand lifting up your breasts (female) or resting just under your nipples (male) as if offering them to a Mistress or Master.

Day 4 – Slowly and with contemplation you will raise your ruler your mouth and kiss it. This is a symbol of the pain you offer to accept from your Mistress or Master. It is the offering up of this acceptance of pain that you will often find your submission. Contemplate that while giving yourself one smack on each inner thigh and one to your cock or pussy. You will then sit straight and proud and with the ruler between your teeth and you will give to yourself again any necessary smacks should the sting subside.

Day 5 – Slowly and with contemplation you will raise your candle to your mouth and kiss it. This is a symbol of the extraordinary sexual deviations you will offer to your Mistress or Master. It is the offering up of this wax on your body that you offer up your submission. Light your candle and contemplate that while dripping a line of wax down your chest so that it drips towards your sex. You will then sit straight and proud and with the candle in your hands.

While doing each of these you will sit quietly for your 15 minutes. Each day you should consider a new mantra of sorts. I am or I offer to my Master/Mistress __. (Fill in the blank daily.).  Repeat this in your head, close your eyes and picture yourself as you are here offering your submission. When your time is up get up slowly, clean up as necessary and go about your day.

Reporting – At the end of this Task you will submit a report detailing this experience. Briefly describe each day. What time did you perform? Any thoughts or feelings while you performed? Any other ideas, thoughts or feelings you would like to share.
