Undertaking a Basic Enema

Enemas help with many different things such as health problems like constipation. As well as enemas are a very good way for you to clean your but out before anal play/ strap on play.  Here are the proper steps in order to do a proper basic enema. The one piece of advice I would give to  people who are new to taking enemas are:  try your very best to relax.
1.) The first thing you will need to do if you currently do not have one is a basic enema kit. They are usually very cheap. And you pick one up at one of your local pharmacies/ department stores like: Walgreens, Shoppers Drug Mart, Walmart, London Drugs, CVS etc. If you already have one proceed to step #2.

2.) When you have an enema kit, you will need to gather some supplies. They are: an old towel or long rag, something you enjoy to pass the time, the enema kit,  and finally make sure you have a lot of toilet paper.

3.) When you have everything ready. Go into your bathroom, get naked. In your enema kit their should be some instructions. I am going to go on the assumption, their isn’t any. First you take bag and fill it with lots of water.

4.) Then you either lay the towel down, or go into the bathtub. Most enema kits come with a hook to hang up your enema bag. So try to hang it up somewhere, or put it somewhere, where it won’t fall. I suggest you hook it about three to four feet high above where you will do the enema. As well as if are doing it on the floor, with a towel under you. Turn to your left side and lay their, with knees bent.

5.) You put the small white, or what looks like a small nozzle inside your butt. When you do this, relax and think happy thoughts. Since this is what will help you to insert the nozzle easily, and not be painful. Try to breathe deeply, as it will help to relieve discomfort.  Then their should be knob or button you push to release the water into your but-hole. Be careful when pushing the knob, since that is also what decides the pressure the water comes out at. Slowly adjust the knob, until you find the desired pressure. That you feel good with. Finally try to massage the abdomen in a counter clockwise direction. It will move the solution, or water higher into the colon. So it will help to possibly relive pressure.
Ø           You keep the nozzle inside your but, until you start to feel like you want to go to the washroom. Or when you feel a fullness, As well as if you have used all of the solution/ water. Then you are done as well.
Ø           Before you remove the nozzle, make sure you turn the knob or button off. So that their is no more water coming out. And after you take the nozzle out, make sure you are sucking your but in, so that no water escapes.
Ø           When you are on the toilet, then you can let all the water loose. This is where the book, comics etc. will come in handy. As you will be emptying your stools. So this is a long process. It can take anywhere from thirty minutes to an hour or so. It differs person to person. You know you are finished, when all of your bowels are emptied. The best way to tell if it is or not. Is what I call the five minute wait. what you do is when you think you are done, wait about five minutes. If you don’t empty anything within 5 minutes or so. Then you are finished. Also if you feel emptied, and if nothing has come out of your colon and it’s been longer then 10 minutes. That also means your are finished.

After you're finished. You’ll clean up, and continue or do whatever you you wanted to do.

Thank you for taking the to read this. I hope even though it might have been uncomfortable, that it wasn’t too painful.

I am not a Doctor, but I have done some research on this, as well as experienced my own enema. So do this at your own discretion. Please and thank you.
